If you need updates, revisions, or additions, we have you covered.  If you need to add text, add a photo, add a new page about your new service, or pretty much anything else related to content, it’s included.

What we can’t do are things like custom coding, plugin configuration, blog management, eCommerce management, custom graphics design, or pretty much anything unrelated to the look, feel, and basic functionality of your website.

That will depend on the nature of your request and whether or not you provided us with everything we need.  We will try to handle your request within 1-2 business days, but we’ll let you know if it’s going to take any longer.  If you do not provide us with enough detail, we will have to ask for additional information, which will delay your request.

You can absolutely make changes on your own if you are familiar with WordPress.  And, you are in fact responsible for things like blog posts, eCommerce items and settings, listings, galleries, and similar postings, as well as any additional plugins that you have asked us to install on your website.

You may access your site at [your website URL]/wp-admin.  Your username is the primary email we have on file for you.  You can request a password reset from that page if needed.

If you have any questions or just don’t feel comfortable doing something, we are more than happy to help.

We provide minimal support for WooCommerce, as it is a third-party tool.  We can install the plugin, make sure it is integrated with your website, and install any additional extensions you provide.  WooCommerce provides extensive documentation to answer any questions you may have and help you do things like set up complex shipping rates, add products, manage inventory, and just about anything else you can think of.  If you’re stumped, always feel free to ask us.  If we can’t help, we may be able to point you in the right direction.

This is the best and only way to request support.  We ask that all of your requests be made in writing for a few reasons.  First, it helps us stay efficient and allows us to quickly and decisively take care of your requests without much room for mistake, which also helps us keep costs low for you.  Second, it helps you by encouraging you to really think through exactly what you want.  Just talking things through can leave both sides confused and unclear on the plan moving forward, sometimes with completely different expectations.  Having your request in writing eliminates that possibility.
